Great bouncer, not a super pronounced movement but enough to put little one to sleep once in a while. Have tried contacting customer care but no response yet. We bought it in advance of our babies birth and now are stuck with a defective item. I have tried all kinds of C batteries but the bouncer is not getting any power. We bought this bouncer since our little guy loves us bouncing him and this chair did not disappoint! He loves it! So far the batteries have lasted well too. Would prefer to be able to plug it in rather than rely on 3 expensive C batteries also. It does work on the lowest setting with music, but my little guy likes the highest setting. I bought this item 2 weeks ago and now I can't use the highest bounce setting at the same time as music. Sound/bounce option no longer work together We think that is too late for us to return it at this point but the company should improve this product part to make it worth the money It was constantly coming of and it broke at some point. However, we have issues keeping the pivoting toy bar in place. The chair is amazing our LO love it, that's why we keep it, battery last for a couple of months depends on the amount of use. Well made, fast shipping ! Our niece loved it ! Hopefully the wee one will love it also :) It does not lock to the pivot points on the frame and falls off at the slightest touch.
